10th Chuka University Annual International Research Conference

Chuka University, a chartered Public University in Kenya, is set to host its 10th Annual International Research Conference from 5th to 6th October, with the central theme being “Mainstreaming Research, Innovation, and Technology Transfer and Commercialization for Sustainable Economies.” This theme aligns with global trends and challenges, including the pursuit of Sustainable Development Goals, addressing climate change, ensuring supply chain resilience, driving digital transformation, and fostering inclusive growth. Chinese Agricultural Economics Expert Prof. Zhou Deyi Boosts Collaboration for the 10th International Research Conference

 

In a remarkable display of international collaboration, Professor Zhou Deyi, a notable agricultural economics professor from Huanzhong University, China, paid a courtesy call to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry Mutembei. This visit cements the strategic partnership between Chuka University and Huanzhong University, notably in support of our upcoming 10th Annual International Research Conference. Prof. Deyi is set to play a pivotal role as one of the keynote speakers during this prestigious event which runs from 5th to 6th October 2023. His commitment to enhancing collaboration in a diverse range of Agricultural Projects aimed at bolstering food security and sustainable farming practices was a key highlight of the meeting. Prof. Zhou also shared invaluable insights from ongoing initiatives spanning different regions of Kenya and unveiled ambitious plans to replicate these successful models in Tharaka Nithi County, promising substantial advancements in the realm of agriculture
