ADMISSION TIMELINES ARE: JANUARY AND JUNE OF EACH YEAR

Apply for exemptions by completing and submitting application request to the HRMPEB. Visit https://hrmpeb.or.ke for more details.
Once exemptions letter from HRMPEB is given, you will apply with Chuka University by completing and submitting application package which should include completed application form, HRMPEB exemption letter, copies of degree/diploma certificates & transcripts, copy of national id, Two passport size photos & evidence of payment of the application fee.

The University will process your application and you will be notified to collect your admission letters so that you can pay the fee and start classes.

Research Project supervision fee ksh 10,000 (applicable to those who have not been exempted by HRMPEB)
For students taking units in more than one level in the same semester, they shall pay only 2000 ksh for registration once in the semester
Students will only be allowed to take units in higher levels after completing units in lower level.
Students will be required to apply for exemptions directly to HRMPEB.
Classes will be blended
Total fees are determined by number of units one will be taking

The minimum units per semester is 3 and maximum is 6
