Four delegates from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with one official from the Kenya Forest Service (KFS) and the National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA), paid a courtesy call to Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry Mutembei to discuss the upcoming National Tree Planting Ceremony.
The event will be held on Monday, 31st March 2025 at the Gataugwa Wetland in Tharaka Nithi County, adopted by Chuka University from NEMA. The initiative, spearheaded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with KFS and Chuka University, aims to promote environmental conservation.
