The two-day evaluation focused on key pillars of higher education including curriculum development, policy implementation, quality assurance, and research-informed planning. Ministry officials assessed the university’s academic programs to determine their alignment with national education standards and responsiveness to the evolving demands of the job market.
On the first day, the Ministry’s evaluation team met with the university’s management to outline objectives, review the methodology, and plan the schedule. The team also examined academic infrastructure and institutional policies to identify gaps and recommend sustainable improvements.
The second and final day featured focus group discussions with academic staff, administrators, and students. These sessions offered first-hand insights into the university’s operational environment, from teaching resources and faculty workload to student welfare and governance. The conversations highlighted both achievements and pressing challenges within the institution.
