Following the courtesy visit to the institution by the Kenya National Innovation Agency (keNIA) on 19th May 2025, as part of the due diligence process for the Presidential Award, the shortlisted innovation titled “Safe Sanitary Pads from Banana Fibres” by Pamela Apuko is currently being exhibited at Safari Park, Nairobi, during the ongoing keNIA bootcamp.
