The seventh day of the training featured a hands-on learning experience with a field visit to Kibari Bee and Aqua Farm. Participants explored the integrated farming systems where both beekeeping and aquaculture thrive side by side.
At the farm, trainees were taken through the full production cycle, from harvesting to processing, of a variety of value-added products derived from bees and catfish. These included honey, beeswax, propolis, catfish fillets, and smoked fish.
