University Funding Board and HELB Representatives On-Site to Assist Students

Today, the University Funding Board (UFB) delegation was graciously received by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic, Research, and Student Affairs), Prof. Gilbert Nduru, who extended a warm welcome on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor. During the meeting, both parties discussed ongoing efforts to enhance student access to funding and support services.
Representatives from the University Funding Board (UFB) and the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) are stationed at the Pavilion Grounds and will be on-site until Friday, 5th September 2025, to assist students with funding matters.
The representatives are offering in-person guidance on a range of issues, including funding applications, loan clarifications, and resolving challenges related to existing financial aid. This on-site initiative aims to streamline the financial aid process by enabling students to engage directly with UFB and HELB representatives.
