In a bid to strengthen workplace readiness, the Human Resource Department organized an Interns Mentorship Program aimed at equipping interns with essential professional skills. The program brought together interns from various departments for an engaging and informative session that provided an overview of the internship framework, including the organization’s citizens’ service delivery charter, organizational structure, work ethics, performance expectations, and aligning individual performance with organizational goals, as well as the code of conduct. Participants also engaged in discussions on workplace expectations, effective communication, teamwork, and professionalism. In addition, the session featured practical guidance on career development, time management, and enhancing skills for employability.
