The University hosted a benchmarking delegation from the University of Embu to examine best practices in financial governance, with particular emphasis on the management of fee policies. Coordinated by the Finance Office, the visit sought to provide the delegation with practical insights into Chuka University’s successful implementation and administration of its fee policy. The delegation participated in a series of presentations and demonstrations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the University’s fee administration systems.
The discussions enabled the delegation to identify innovative approaches and best practices that may be adapted to enhance transparency and compliance at the University of Embu. The benchmarking visit informed evidence-based recommendations aimed at strengthening the University of Embu’s fee policy processes.
