Varsity Hosts Mt. Kenya CU Leaders for Regional AGM

Chuka University hosts over 300 Christian Union leaders and associates from across the Mt. Kenya region for the Regional Executive Christian Union Annual General Meeting (AGM), bringing together student leaders for training, fellowship, and leadership development. The three-day gathering, running from March 6–8, 2026, has drawn about 250 CU leaders from 35 universities and colleges alongside 50 associates from the Fellowship of Christian Unions (FOCUS) Kenya, a non-profit organization that connects more than 240 Christian Unions nationwide.

The AGM focuses on equipping student leaders with practical skills in peer leadership, teamwork, academic excellence and spiritual growth while strengthening their capacity to guide Christian Union activities on their campuses. Organized by FOCUS Kenya, the forum also provides a platform for reflection, collaboration and renewed commitment to evangelism and discipleship within university communities.
