The Faculty of Education and Resources Development hosted a thought-provoking public lecture led by Prof. Judah Paul Makonye, an Associate Professor of Mathematics Education at University of the Witwatersrand. The lecture, themed “Transforming Mathematics Education in Africa: Addressing Anxiety, Equity and Innovation in the 21st Century,” brought together educators, students, and researchers to engage on the evolving landscape of mathematics education across the continent.
