Teamwork, wellness, and camaraderie took centre stage as the Faculty of Science and Technology Welfare organized a team-building activity at the Royal Acacia Hotel in Isiolo. The event brought together more than 50 faculty members in an atmosphere of relaxation, interaction, recreation, and social bonding away from the normal work environment.
The annual welfare activity serves as an important platform for strengthening teamwork, enhancing collegial relationships, and promoting staff well-being. Through interactive sessions and recreational activities, participants fostered stronger professional and social connections that contribute positively to collaboration and productivity within the faculty.
This initiative underscores the importance of staff wellness in building a motivated, cohesive, and resilient workforce capable of effectively supporting the University’s mandate in teaching, research, innovation, and community service.
