AIESEC Club held its 4th Gala Dinner on February 10, 2024, at Izaak Walton Inn Hotel. The event adorned with a theme of black and burgundy dubbed “Celebrating the Legacy of Leadership” was dedicated to honouring the remarkable milestones and accomplishments of the club.
The event aimed to honour the club’s milestones and accomplishments while fostering networking opportunities, and recognizing achievements within the AIESEC community. The event brought together a diverse array of stakeholders including AIESEC current members, Chuka University AIESEC Alumni, partners and Chuka University Affiliates. The gala is a time to reunite with all generations of AIESEC members who have made AIESEC what it is. Gala Night is the most glamorous night of the conference. This is the event where the AIESEC members who put their commitment towards AIESEC get recognized.
In her remarks, Miss Miriam Njagi, the patron, emphasized the profound impact of AIESEC on individuals and communities worldwide. She highlighted the organ’s commitment to nurturing young leaders and promoting global citizenship urging the participants to reflect on past achievements while maintaining dedication to leadership excellence and collective action.
AIESEC, founded in 1948, serves a global platform for youth development through various practical experiences such as internship and volunteering opportunities.
