Varsity to Collaborate with Traffic Department to Enhance Road Safety

In a bid to strengthen the collaboration between law enforcement agencies and educational institutions, the Chief Inspector of Traffic for Tharaka Nithi County, Mr. Philip Ekakoro, paid a courtesy call to the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry Mutembei. During their meeting, both leaders discussed potential partnerships aimed at enhancing road safety awareness and education within the university’s community and the broader county. This visit underscores the Kenya Traffic Department’s commitment to proactive engagement with Chuka University in promoting responsible road usage and fostering a culture of safety among students and staff, contributing to a safer and more informed society.
