Chuka University Welcomes New Students With Grand Matriculation Ceremony

Chuka University started a new academic year with a vibrant matriculation ceremony to officially welcome its first-year students. The eagerly awaited event, held at the University pavilion on Monday, September 6 , 2024, was filled with excitement and anticipation, signaling the beginning of a transformative educational journey for the new cohort. The first-year students arrived on Monday, September 2, 2024.  

Presiding over the ceremony, Prof. Henry Mutembei, emphasized the significance of the occasion, highlighting the importance of this new chapter in the students’ lives.
