Participants at the Regional Summer School on Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs) received hands-on training at KALRO-VSRI on Multiple Ovulation Embryo Transfer (MOET) techniques.
The practical session covered superovulation, donor synchronization, embryo flushing, handling, grading and embryo transfer. Participants also observed a demonstration on transvaginal Ovum Pick-Up (OPU), where they learned the procedures and equipment used to retrieve oocytes from donor animals for advanced breeding programmes.
