From Learning to Leading

On 25th July 2025, participants successfully completed their intensive two-week training. The program concluded with a formal closing ceremony during which trainees were awarded certificates in recognition of their dedication and achievement.
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry Mutembei, expressed great satisfaction with the training, commending the welcoming environment as well as the participants’ enthusiasm and commitment. The Council Chairman, Prof. David Serem, officially closed the program, encouraging trainees to apply their newly acquired skills to advance reproductive technologies within their fields and institutions.
The institution extends sincere gratitude to all partners whose support was instrumental to the success of the training. Special thanks go to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation (NACOSTI), the Nuclear Power and Energy Agency (NuPEA), the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, the Department of Veterinary Services, the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), Kibari Bee and Aqua Farm, the Kenya Animal Genetic Resources Centre (KAGRC), the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization (KALRO), AHITI Ndomba, and the University of Nairobi.
We wish all the participants success in their future endeavors and safe travels. Our doors remain open, and we look forward to welcoming you back.
