Interns Guided on Workplace Excellence

The event was officially opened by the Registrar, Administration and Planning, Dr. Peter Mabubi. He sensitized the interns on the Service Delivery Charter and urged them to fully commit to their duties, uphold ethical standards, embrace teamwork, and set realistic goals.

During the session, the Human Resource Manager, Dr. Henry Nyamu, guided the interns on key areas of professional growth, including labour market preparedness, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. He further addressed conflict resolution, workplace etiquette, accountability, handling emergencies, stress management, career development, and digital literacy.

The highly interactive session provided the interns with valuable insights to help them align their skills and attitudes with organizational expectations, ensuring they are better prepared for both current roles and future careers.
