Delegates from the Kenya Agriculture and Livestock Research Organization KALRO today paid a courtesy call to the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry Mutembei. The delegation led by Dr. Duba Golicha, held collaborative talks with the university management and the Faculty of Agriculture on matters Agricultural and Livestock research. During the visit, the team assessed University soil laboratories to identify their capacity, this is in support of the national soil fertility mapping initiative. This is part of national value chain development (NAVCDP) implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development (MOALD).
