SUMMARY OF PROFILE
Dr. Caroline is a Sociologist with a bias in Community Development having worked in the NGO sector, Research and Education institution as a Program Development Specialist, Researcher and Lecturer. She has worked in different sectors and projects like child rights, Reproductive health with the youths, Gender Based Violence with women/ children, agribusiness Income Generating Activities/ entrepreneurship with the youths, formal and informal education and Health (HIV& AIDS) handling various cross cutting issues in the society including consultancies at different capacities. Some of the areas of her key strengths include project planning and implementation, research both quantitative and qualitative, project management, M & E, proposal development, capacity building, community mobilization, child protection, Community outreach, research, case management of GBV cases and networking. Currently as a Lecturer she endeavors to mentor her students to be better students in the society and is actively involved in community activities.
