2015 to Current: Assistant Lecturer
1998 to 2014: Manager, Western Kenya region, Kenya Association of Professional Counsellors,
2002 to 2014: Counsellor Trainer and Counsellor Supervisor, Kenya Association of Professional Counsellors
September, 2004 to February 2005: International Trainer in Counsellor Supervision course for Ministry of Health staff, Asmara, Eritrea sponsored by Family Health International-Eritrea.
June 4th to 8th 2012: Consultant, National Committee to Standardize training materials for HIV Testing and Counselling for Couples (CHTC), organized by NASCOP. Reviewed and standardized manuals to be used to train HTC service providers.
May 2009 to March 2010: International Consultant, development of Counsellor Supervision Training manuals for Ministry of health staff, Botswana and trained group of 15 TOT/Counsellor Supervisors for Ministry of Health government of Botswana.
November 28th to 29th 2005: International Consultant, Technical Support to develop Training curriculum for a VCT Services Management Course, AIC Kampala, Uganda.
