The University of Embu Institutional Ethics and Review Committee team paid a courtesy call to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry Mutembei, during a visit for an ethics committee mentorship programme. The team, comprising Dr. Collins Asweto, Dr. Julius Mugweru, and Mr. Gilbert Kemboi, engaged in mentorship and knowledge exchange aimed at strengthening its institutional ethics review capacity.
Prof. Mutembei appreciated the team for choosing the university as its mentor and emphasized the importance of close collaboration between the two institutions in strengthening and sustaining research in higher education.
