Varsity Launches Maisha Youth Chapter

Today, the Chuka University Maisha Youth Chapter was launched, featuring a comprehensive program addressing critical issues such as HIV/STI, adolescent pregnancies, and sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) through national and regional situational highlights. The event included a guided plenary discussion, experience sharing, and the proposal of measures to strengthen inter-institutional programs targeting young people, culminating in a consensus-building session to solidify these efforts. In his remarks, the Registrar of Administration and Planning, Dr. Peter Mabubi, emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts in addressing these critical issues and enhancing support for the youth.
