Students pursuing Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE) visited the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) for an academic trip. The purpose of the visit was to gain insights into the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), a major component of Chuka University’s ECDE curriculum and teaching practice. During the trip, the students were also introduced to the development of instructional materials and resources, aimed at enhancing learning and improving learners’ competencies.
