A delegation from the Nursing Council of Kenya, led by Dr. Anne Mukuna, Head of Nursing Standards, visited the university for a routine compliance inspection of its nursing programme.
During the visit, the team conducted a comprehensive campus tour, inspecting key facilities that support the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, including training laboratories, lecture spaces, and practical learning environments. The exercise aimed to assess whether the university meets the standards required for nursing education and professional training as set by the council.
Following the tour, the NCK delegation lauded the university for its significant investment in education and training infrastructure, noting that the facilities reflect a strong commitment to quality nursing education.
