The practical sessions covered reproductive anatomy and a range of key ART procedures, including semen collection, artificial insemination (AI), ovum pick-up (OPU), superovulation, embryo transfer, ultrasonography for pregnancy diagnosis, cycle determination, and the diagnosis of reproductive pathologies. Through these practical exercises, participants strengthened their technical competencies in modern reproductive technologies used to enhance livestock productivity.
The training also featured a field visit to the University Kairini Farm, where participants complemented the hands-on sessions by bridging theoretical knowledge with practical experience, providing valuable insights into modern livestock breeding and reproductive management practices.
