Setting the Stage for Success with Internal Mid-Year Evaluation Ahead of the Annual Performance Contract Evaluation

In preparation for the annual performance contract (PC) evaluation, an internal mid-year PC evaluation was conducted today for the financial year 2023/2024. The evaluation focused on the progress we’ve made as a university, challenges, potential challenges, and the way forward. In his remarks, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry Mutembei stated that to achieve set targets before the end of the year it was necessary to create a culture of early self-evaluation.
