Today, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry Mutembei, had the honour of representing the institution in high-level collaborative discussions with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI).
The deliberations centered on the development of strategic partnerships aimed at fostering impactful research, training, and community-based initiatives to promote sustainable agriculture and strengthen food security.
During the engagement, the Vice-Chancellor interacted with distinguished global leaders, including Ms. Siboniso (Boni) Moyo, Deputy Director General for Partnerships and Impact at ILRI, and Ms. Farai Muchadeyi, Head of Animal Production at the IAEA, based in Vienna.
